Long/Shortlisting Matrix

What is it?

This tool can be used to evaluate projects by multiple people working remotely at different times. Each person gets their own chart to fill out and send back to the facilitator/owner. Then, the scores from everyone are combined and shared to help make the decisions.

This tool is for teams who are working remotely at different times but want to evaluate projects together.

Who is it for?

Teams who are working remotely at different times but want to evaluate projects together.

How does it work?

  1. Document is downloaded and sent on to all evaluation team members
  2. Each participant completes their document and sends to the facilitator
  3. Responses are collated
  4. A decision is reached

Inputs

You will need at least one potential project or collaboration to evaluate with sufficient depth of information to run through the whole process.

Outputs

Each project is scored individually by each team member then and overall score is created to make each project easily comparable.
