What is it?
As a project or collaboration comes to an end it is important to review how well it performed in order to take those learnings onto future projects. This exercise will help you capture insights, lessons learned and create a plan for the future.
At InGAME, we would use this tool to support projects on making a plan, filled with actionable next steps, that would help them fulfil their goal.

How does it work?
- The session leader sets the scene
- All participants open the Miro canvas or view in-person PDF version
- Each participant brainstorms answers
- All participants populate the workspace with their answers
- Participants discuss in order to prioritise the most important elements
