Agenda Template

What is it?

A shared document designed to enable collaborative consideration of an issue, project or topic and more effective meetings with actionable outcomes. The agenda functions as an asynchronous space to raise issues that require decisions or suggest discussion points in advance of a meeting.

This is for anyone who is preparing for a meeting but it will mostly be used by the facilitator/owner of the meeting to decide on the final agenda.

Who is it for?

Anyone who is preparing for a meeting but it will mostly be used by the facilitator/owner of the meeting to decide on the final agenda.

How does it work?

  1. Download the document
  2. Populate the documentary with agenda items
  3. Distribute to attendees
  4. Conduct meeting

Inputs

You will need agenda items formulated as questions, estimated timings, desired purpose and an outline of preparation and process required for the desired outcome.

Outputs

As the facilitator/owner of the meeting you will create a comprehensive document ready to run the meeting.
