What is it?

The Project Playbook is a document that contains all important information about a project, such as its purpose, goals, team members, and risks. It was used for all projects at InGAME to help everyone stay organised and focused. 

This approach and document can be used for any collaborative project and will help keep everything on track.

How does it work?

  1. Download the document
  2. Answer the questions on each slide 
  3. Add your Mission Canvas & Working Agreement Outputs

Inputs

In order to complete the Project Playbook you will need to go through the Mission Canvas and Working Agreement tools and add your outputs into the document. 

Outputs

On completion you will have a clear and focused document outlining the Strategy, Objectives, Scope, Principles, Risks, Rituals and more.

What is Miro?

It’s an online collaboration tool to allow you to work with others on tasks or projects in the same digital space in your browser.

How do I use it?

You’ll need to sign up for an account at miro.com, use the link on this tool page to go to the Miro template and select ‘Use template’ to add it to your account. Then you’ll be able to use it and share it as often as you like.

Once you open up one of our Miro template there are notes to get you started and guide you through the tools.
