The Discovery Lab is a meeting which evaluates potential projects and collaborations. This tool is a document template to help the facilitator/meeting owner to run the lab and capture the outputs in a report format.
It covers a Return on Investment Hypothesis, Risk vs Reward Matrix, Initial IRL Scorecard, Collaboration Outcome. These all lead to a decision as to whether a project or collaboration is ready to go ahead.
This tool is for teams looking to evaluate projects or collaborations in the early stages. The tool itself is for the facilitator/meeting owner to run the Discovery Lab in collaboration with the rest of the team evaluating the proposals.
