During its five-year journey, InGAME delivered 177 collaborative R&D projects with local industry. These transformative partnerships injected £85 million into the Scottish economy and delivered an incredible 16X return on every government pound invested.*

What does
InGAME do?

Since launching in 2018, InGAME has:

  • Developed an agile, responsive model of research and innovation collaboration between industry and academia.

  • Facilitated the creation of original products, services, experiences, tools, processes and technologies. De-risking R&D and accelerating growth for our collaborators.

  • Funded over 150 Collaborative R&D (CR&D) projects between industry and InGAME, utilising a range of CR&D methods including voucher-based support, innovation challenge competitions, KPT-like embedded research, innovation labs and cluster development activities.

  • Widened access to the sector and improving performance through facilitating diversity.

  • Improved access to high-value research expertise and assets to accelerate the pace of development and growth.

  • Improved the return on investment on industry-academia CR&D by developing tools, techniques and processes that locate de-risk creative experimentation, develop scale-up capacities and drive innovation capabilities.

  • Developed an exciting new generation of early career researchers and industry-experienced developers.

What is Miro?

How do I use it?

You’ll need to sign up for an account at miro.com, use the link on this tool page to go to the Miro template and select ‘Use template’ to add it to your account. Then you’ll be able to use it and share it as often as you like.
