What is it?

The Working Agreement deals with the day-to-day way the team will interact, collaborate and generally work together. These should be practical and tactical guardrails for effective collaboration and minimising conflict and misunderstanding. 

This tool is for any team looking to set out good principles for working together at the start of a project.

How does it work?

  1. Open the Miro canvas or in-person PDF version
  2. Each participant answers the questions using stickies
  3. The team discusses the answers
  4. Answers are voted on and the agreement created
