InGAME is offering two, fully funded places on The Creative Enterprise: Games Scale Up Programme to companies based in the Dundee Games Cluster. The programme has been developed by Creative England in partnership with Ukie, to support games developers, publishers or support services providers who are looking to develop and grow their business.
About The Creative Enterprise: Games Scale Up programme
The Games Scale Up programme is specifically looking to support developers, publishers or support services who have had some recent, proven success, who have the potential and ambition to scale their business and who can demonstrate that their work in some way promotes the art, creativity and storytelling power of game making.Areas to consider when applying are:1. You must have successfully made a game, taken one to market or launched a support service in the last two years.2. Must have employed a minimum of 3 people (part time or full time) at some point in the last two years.3. Your business must have generated revenue in the last year.Whilst the programme nominally prioritises companies based in the England, InGAME is providing funding for the two companies based in the Dundee Games cluster to join. The cluster includes the local authority areas of Angus, Dundee, Fife and Perth & Kinross.
How to apply
Dundee Cluster companies interested in applying should do so directly through the Creative England website. We recommend reading the application FAQs before doing so.Whilst the FAQs highlight England as the priority area for the programme, InGAME is guaranteeing two spaces for Dundee Games Cluster companies, as long as they meet the application criteria.The deadline for applications is 12pm, 28th August 2020. The programme will run from September 2020 to March 2021.
